I was charmed by the free amenities. I enjoyed the daily walking tours and the wine tastings offered. the staff were very attentive. They always offered assistance. i particularly appreciated the convenient location. It's a short walk to many points of interest. the hotel also offered complimentary snacks and drinks in the lobby, a treat.
the minibar selection was a bit limited, only offering soft drinks and beer.

I found the restaurant excellent. The food was great and the wait staff were friendly. Hotel employees were excellent too they were always willing to help with a smile.
The breakfast was underwhelming. I have experienced better in other hotels. The service was a little slow, I waited a long time for coffee and the poached egg was undercooked.

I appreciated the complimentary city tour. It gave me a great start to exploring. The location is close to many sights. That really helped. i enjoyed the evening wine event on the patio in front of the hotel.

the staff was very helpful and courteous. complimentary morning and afternoon tours were fun. the evening social hour in the lobby was a nice surprise. breakfast had a delicious selection of breads, pastries, fruits, cheeses, and meats.
The room was a bit small. When i opened the bathroom door, it nearly touched the bed.

the location was convenient and allowed easy access to the city center.
The room i had (a classic double or twin room) felt smaller than i expected. when opening the bathroom door, it bumped into the bed, and moving around inside was difficult. also, the service at breakfast was slow. I waited quite a while for coffee (it never arrived even after i asked again).
